      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into your Thermomix, then set to 6 mins, 60-70, speed 3. For the last 30 seconds, increase the speed to 8 or 9 to create a lovely creamy layer on top. You can use figgs instead of honey as well.

Only really serves one.  (300ml, I assume you mean!)  Probably a bit too rich though and needs less cacao and honey.  Will try again slightly altering the amounts.
