Janny’s Christmas Whiskey-cream liquor

  • 20 g dark chocolate, Sugar free if preferred
  • 130 g sugar, Or natvia for sugar free version

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh in chocolate, sugar (or sweetener of choice), 1 egg, 200 g cream, 1 tsp christmas spice mix and blend Blend 10 sec/speed 10
  2. Cook 5 min/90C/speed 3
  3. Set timer again for 4 min/90C/speed 3 and slowly add 200g cream and 250 g whiskey through mixing bowl lid.
  4. Transfer liqueur into sterilised bottles and keep stored in the fridge once cooled. This recipe makes 750 ml of liqueur
