Recipe's preparation
- Weigh in chocolate, sugar (or sweetener of choice), 1 egg, 200 g cream, 1 tsp christmas spice mix and blend
"Blend" 10 sec/speed 10
- Cook 5 min/90C/speed 3
- Set timer again for 4 min/90C/speed 3 and slowly add 200g cream and 250 g whiskey through mixing bowl lid.
- Transfer liqueur into sterilised bottles and keep stored in the fridge once cooled. This recipe makes 750 ml of liqueur
