  • 500g full cream milk
  • 20g cornflour
  • 5g Rose Water
  • 5g Orange Blossom Water, optional

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into thermomix bowl.
    9 minutes, 80 degrees, Speed 3.
    Pour into heat resistant cups/mugs.
    Garnish with cinnamon powder.
    Serve your dessert drink immediately.
    Serves 4.

Tip

You can omit the orange blossom, this is optional.
You may use less/more sugar or even replace it with honey/xylitol instead.
It is best served immediately.
