Recipe's preparation
Add Lemon, parsley, apple, Rapadura Sugar and ice in Bowl and mix on speed 9 for 30 seconds
Add Coconut water from coconut and top up with water to have total of 600g water and coconut water combined. (You do not have to use fresh coconut for the water, but it is preferable). Mix all on speed 7 for 15 seconds

Tip
Pre-packaged Coconut water can be used in stead of fresh drinking coconut.
A few mint leaves can give extra flavour
Reduce or increase sugar depending on taste
Green Apple can be replaced by 100-120 gram fresh pineapple
