    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Lemon, LIme & Bitters
  1. 1. Place Halved Lemons and Lime, 500g of Mineral Water, Ice and Sugar into mixing bowl Closed lid and crush 2 sec/speed 10.

  2. 2. Add remaining 500g of Mineral Water. Insert simmering basket, hold it in place with spatula and strain liquid into a jug.

  3. 3. Serve into glasses with a slice or two of lime and add Bitters to Taste

    Great recipe, we peeled the lemons and lime and used 100grams of stevia for a sugar free version.
