If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put all ingredients in together and blend on speed 10 for up to a minute.
Top with mint leaves and serve.
This is a creamy mixture.

Tip
You can change the type of milk that you like to use eg almond milk, coconut milk or substitute with youghurt.

Hi. Is this supposed to be 1 litre of milk or 100mL of milk? Also, how much whey liquid would you use instead of powder?
