      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Heating the water
  1. Add 300g of water and select kettle function, Mc on, boil to 80°C
  2. Adding the Matcha
  3. Add 2 tsp of sifted Matcha to your bowl, avoiding the blades.
    Mix for 5 secs/Speed5/MC on
  4. Insert butterfly attachment
    Whisk for 15 secs/Speed4/MC on
  5. Mixture should have slight froth on top. Pour into matcha bowls and enjoy!
