Pina Colada

  • 500 grams Pineapple, (1 tin with juice)
  • 500 grams ice
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 --- coconut milk, 1 Tin
  • 200 grams Rum
  • dessicated coconut, (for decorating)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Grind Sugar, speed 10, 10 seconds

    2. Add Pinaepple & Ice, speed 10, 1 minute

    3. Add Coconut & Rum, mix, speed 3, 7 seconds

    4. Put Dessicated Coconut on plate, wet the rim of the glasses and tip onto coconut

    This recipe tastes amazing and is too easy to drink, because of this I've had to reduce alcohol to 150g! Pantry ingredients I now always have on hand. Friends are really impressed when I serve them this cocktail 🍹
