  • 20 grams Rapadura Sugar, (optional)
  • 200 grams Pineapple, chopped in large chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled & halved
  • 7-10 mint leaves
  • 150 grams ice
  • 50mls water, (half an mc)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar (if using) in TM bowl on speed 9  for 20 seconds.

    Add all remaining ingredients except water and mix for 1 minute on speed 9.

    Add half an MC of tap water and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5.
