Recipe's preparation

    Sugar Syrup

  1. If using fruit rind, place it into the TM bowl with the sugar, and grate speed 10 for 10 seconds or until the desired consistency.

  2. Add sugar, lime juice and water 8 min 100 speed 3.

     

  3. Pour into a sterilised container, straining if desired.

Tip

Great for making fresh lime cordial with added fresh mint and or apple juice, and also for cocktails.

    Great recipe for homemade iceblocks. Used dextrose instead of sugar and did a lime/lemon combo with mineral water.
