Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter, (optional)
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1Cup Spinach Leaves
  • 4 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 200 g Milk, (Almond is nice, but others will work)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl and blend on speed 9 for 10-15 seconds.

    Option: You could mill almonds first so there are no 'chewy' bits.
