Recipe's preparation

    Smoothie
  1. Add Almonds, Pepita seeds, Linseeds & Oats to the TM bowl.

    Mill for 20 secs / Speed 9.

     

    Add banana, raspberries, milk & water, 1 min / speed 9.

     

    Enjoy for breakfast or a snack.
