Smoothie

  • .5 avocado
  • .5 cucumber
  • 3 leaves cos lettuce (large)
  • .25 granny smith apple (increase for extra sweetness)
  • 1 heaped tablespoons mint leaves
  • .5 lemon flesh (rind removed)
  • 250 g coconut water
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder (optional - omit if vegan)

To serve

  • Coconut flakes or chia seeds to serve

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all smmothie ingredinets to mixing bowl and blend 45sec-1min, speed 8. Pour into a glass (or 2), sprinkle with coconut flakes or chia seeds and serve.
