Single Serve Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 40 grams dark chocolate
  • 130 grams Milk
  • 60 grams ice
  • 30 grams cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add  dark chocolate and 30 grams of milk in bowl. Melt for 1 min/70 degrees/speed 3. Add remaining milk (100 grams), ice and cream and blend for 20 seconds on speed 8.

    Serve

Tip

For a frappe, add an extra 60g of ice and blend on speed 10 instead of 8

Multiply the ingredients by the amount of people you wish to serve (up to 6)

    This is wonderful for all chocoholic!! I have made this many times now. It is great. I add home made chocolate ice cream and a bit more milk and ice because one cold glass is not enough.

    I melted the chocolate with all 130g of milk and added vanilla ice cream instead of the cream - 5 out of 5 score given by my daughter.  I would probably use less chocolate next time as I used Easter egg milk chocolate and it was a little sweet. Thanks for the recipe!
