Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 130 grams ice
  • 80 grams frozen berries (raspberries/blueberries)
  • 250 grams fresh coconut water
  • 70 grams fresh young coconut flesh
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 10 grams raw cashews
  • 25 grams Raw Sprouted Brown Rice Protein Powder (Chocolate)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 Small Avocado
  • Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Acai powder, optional
  • 1 teaspoon super food mix (goji berries/ chia/ bee pollen), to serve

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM and blend 1 min/ speed 9. Serve with a teaspoon of Superfood Mix or chia sprinkled on top to supercharge your day!
