- 1 level tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 frozen banana , in chunks, small
- 1 apple, cut into quarters
- 6 ice cubes
- 6 leaves Kale, or spinach
- 10 Sprigs Flat leaf Parsley, the stems as well : )
- 500 grams water
- 1/2 level teaspoon probiotic powder, optional
- 1/2 small lebanese cucumber, optional

Recipe's preparation
Add all ingredients to the TM bowl.
Blend, 1.5 mins, speed 10.
