- pinch black peppercorns (freshly ground)

Recipe's preparation
Place tumeric, ginger and cinnamon into bowl. Grate on speed 7 for 5 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add all other ingredients except honey and combine for 15 minutes, 90 degrees on speed 0.5
Add honey and stir speed 3-4 for 5 seconds.
Poor into a cup and enjoy the warm, fragrant anti-inflammaroty properties of this delicious tea.

Tip
I like to place a piece of glad wrap over the bowl before putting the lid on when I grate the tumeric so it doesn't stain the seal. Remove it before adding the other ingredients and warming the tea though.
