Recipe's preparation
- 1. Chop parmesan 10 secs on Speed 9, set aside chop garlic 5sec / speed 5
2.
add oil sautee 1minute / temp 100/speed 1
3.
add flour cook for 1minute / temp 100 / speed 2
4. add wine and cream combine 10 sec / speed 4
5. add crab meat and cook 1 minute / temp 80 / speed 1 /
6.
add cooked pasta to tm bowl and combine 2 mintues / /speed 2 or until combined or pour over pasta or rice

This was nice but i did find the wine to be a strong taste in the recipe, maybe there was too much or needed cooking longer to be absorbed into the sauce more. My partner loved it and ate in 5 minutes flat.

A simple dish but a little
A simple dish but a little bit bland. If I make this dish again I would probably add some chilli or cayenne pepper to spice it up a bit. I also put the temperate on 80 when mixing the pasta in to cook the sauce.
