  • 30 gram Butter
  • 1 chorizo, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 125 gram white wine
  • 400 gram tomato passata
  • 500 gram water
  • 2 tablespoon TM stock paste
  • 300 gram white fish fillet, Cut into 3cm cubes
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 sprig Oregano, Dried is fine

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the onion, Garlic, and celery into the bowl and chop 3 sec/Speed 7

  2. Scrape down side and cook saute for 3min/100deg/Speed 2

  3. Add wine and chorizo cook a further 3min/100deg/Speed 2 with MC off and steam basket on

  4. Add passata, stock, water and oregano. Simmer for 10min/100deg/speed 1.5

  5. Add fish peices and simmer for a further 5min/100deg/speed 1.5Counter-clockwise operation

  6. Serve and season with salt, pepper and parsely

Tip

If you perfer crispy chorizo then fry in the pan for 4min prior to cooking
