This is one of our favourites. So quick and easy. I usually add some asparagus, just cook it in with the pasta for a few minutes.

  • Quick and easy. I didn't have

    Quick and easy.

I didn't have fresh dill so used dried dill. I rinsed the capers so that it wouldn't be too salty. I just used ordinary smoked salmon slices. Delicious

Great dish. I added a bunch of asparagus and served it with ricotta gnocchi ( another Thermomix recipe which is terrific) For me it was a little salty so next time I will rinse the capers. Thank you.  tmrc_emoticons.)

    Submitted by Dancinboop on 4. January 2014 - 09:52.

I didn't have any dill so I left that out and used regular onion as I didn't have any spring onion. It was delicious, will make again, thanks for sharing.

  • This was very very yum!

    Submitted by Louread on 11. July 2013 - 19:43.

This was very very yum!  Don't do the dill in the TM though, just chop it with a knife - is too much hassle to get it all out of the TM again for just chopping it.  I also accidentally bought salmon fillets instead of smoked salmon so we wrapped them in alfoil and cooked them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 mins and then added them in the end - delicious!
