- 50 grams cooked smoked white fish, like hoki or kahawai

chop the green spring onion pieces on speed 5 for 2 seconds, Add eggs, water, sesame oil and salt, mis speed 6 for 4 seconds. Add glutinous rice flour and mix 6 seconds on speed 5. Add flaked smoked fish, mix for 3 seconds reverse speed 2.
Heat some oil in a crepe pan or small frying pan, when it is hot, pour in 1/3 of the mixture, cook until the edges are cooked and there are little bubbles in the surface. Flip and fry until cooked. Serve immediately with a nice Asian coleslaw OR cool and use to wrap that coleslaw and take in a lunch box.

The mixture needs to be as thick as a crepe batter, so you can still pour it, not as thick as a pikelet batter.
You could make these blini size and serve as an hors d'oeurve with some pickled cucumber on top.
