  • 2 cloves garlic, large
  • 1 bunch Coriandar (small), incl. root & stem
  • 1-2 large green chillis
  • 1/4 tsp salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin, to taste
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 90 grams EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Recipe's preparation

    Chilli Coriander Dressing
  1. Place small bunch of coriander chopped into 3 pieces, chilli (halved) and garlic in mixing bowl and chop on speed 7 for 3-5 seconds

  2. Adding remaining ingredients and mix on speed 3 for 15 seconds

  3. Steamed Salmon fillet
  4. Pour 500ml water into the mixing bowl

    Place salmon fillet into the varoma and cook for 11-14 minutes on varoma speed 1.5 till cooked through.

Tip

Add more lemon, salt or cumin to taste

Replace the coriander with basil (leaves only) and omit the cumin. Enjoy with chicken.

Left over dressing is great with eggs
