Tuna bites with Yogurt and Dill Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 large tin of tuna in spring water
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • 3 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 1 level tablespoon lemon juice, save the rest of the lemon for garnish
  • 3 level tablespoons of fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 heaped teaspoon of fresh snipped dill

Recipe's preparation

  1. Drain tuna

    Add to bowl spring onion, dill and garlic, chop 5 seconds speed 5 - scrape down bowl and repeat

    Add tuna, lemon juice, bread crumbs and egg, mix 5 seconds speed 5

    Put in to a bowl - now at this stage you can either form 4 large patties and fry off in a fry pan or as I did, I popped spoonfulls in the sandwich press to make smaller bite sized patties

    Serve with lemon wedges and the yogurt mixed with finley snipped dill mixed through
