Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I added half an onion in with the spices because I had it leftover and next time I will grind this a little longer as I had a few rogue whole peppercorns hiding in my burger! , I added only half the amount of salt, and an egg in the 'dough mix' stage. I used a burger press to make the form and fried them.. they turned out so well and will definitely be making again, thanks very much!

Found these to be quite salty and chilli taste a tad overwhelming for a breakfast pattie - would reduce both by half if I made again. Also they didn’t hold together all that well and I think an egg in the mix may help.
Made these for breakfast this
Made these for breakfast this morning. Yum!! I didn't have any sage so just left it out and added a little more coriander and they were really good served with mushrooms and kale.
