  • 1000 grams Chicken thigh fillets
  • 180 g balsamic vinegar
  • 60 g white wine vinegar
  • 120 g olive oil
  • 50 g lime juice
  • 4 tsp crushed garlic, (or 4 cloves)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Season chicken thighs with pepper and salt, grill or BBQ. Chicken call also be steamed in the varoma but will need to be done separately from the balsamic reduction.

    If using whole cloves, add to thermomix and mince on sp 4 for 4 seconds, scrape down the sides and repeat if needed. Add all other ingredients to the thermomix, MC off, cook at 100C 8 minutes sp 3.





    Increase cooking time if a thicker reduction is required.
