- 50 g olive oil
- 300 g chicken breast, chopped
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 100 g Swiss Brown Mushrooms, sliced
- 400 g arborio rice
- 50 g white wine
- 800 g chicken stock
- 100 g cream
- 100 g bacon rashers

Chop garlic, onion, mushrooms and bacon for 2-3 seconds on speed 6-7. (I put mushroom in now as I dont like it. If you like mushroom add this in when you add the chicken breast)
Add oil and saute for 6 minutes, 100C, speed 1 with MC off.
Add rice and wine and saute for 2 minutes, 100C, reverse and speed 1.
Add stock, chicken, and water and cook for 16-17 minutes on 100C, reverse and speed 1.
Stir through cream and seasonings of choice.
Cover and stand for 5 minutes.
