- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 20 gram Butter
- 700 gram Passata
- 50 gram tomato paste
- 30 gram water
- 20 gram Worcestershire, optional
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 700 gram pork mince
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Milk or Cream

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
If using vegetables for the layers.
Sprinkle with oil & bake for until soft / transparent.
Alternatively you can pan fry/grill them until soft/ transparent.
Add onion & garlic. Chop 3 sec, speed 9, MC on.
Scrape down bowl, add butter & cook for 5 min, 100*c, speed 2, MC off.
If you would like to add extra veggies, add to bowl now & blitz speed 7, 4 sec or until desired size.
Add all remaining ingredients except mince.
Insert simmering basket into the bowl & add mince to the basket. Do not overfill. Cook for 15min, varoma temp, speed 4, MC on.
Once finished, break up mince / mix carefully in basket & then cook for a futher 15-20min, varoma temp, speed 4, MC on.
Once cooked, transfer mince to bowl & stir for 10 sec, speed slowest.
Pop into fridge to cool down (this just makes is easier to spread. Mixture can be used straight away if desired)

Layer fresh sheets on the bottom of the dish, add 1/3 meat mix. Cover with 1/4 white sauce & then another layer of pasta sheets (or vegetable sheets). Continue until you have used all meat, top with white sauce & lasagne sheets.
Use the rest of the white sauce to spread out ontop of the lasagne sheets. Cover with some coconut cream
Bake in 180*c for 45-50 min, or until golden on top.
Once cooked, allow to cool for 10min or so & cut to required serving size.
I made this with 1kg meat. I just did the bolognese part twice to use up all of the mince i had. It works just as well for 1 lot of mince.
Can easily serive 8-9, depending on how hungry you are.
