If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200 C
2. Chop onions and garlic 3 secs / speed 5
3. Add thinly sliced chorizo. Saute for 3 mins / Varoma / speed 1
4. Add capsicum, chilli, cannelini beans, tomatoes and paprika. Cook 10 mins / 100 C / Reverse / speed 1
5. Season to taste and add parsley.
6. Place a large spoonful of the bean mixture in the centre of 6 individual ramekins (or put it all into one large oven proof pot) then crack an egg either side of the beans.
7. Season and place in the oven and bake for 6 - 8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked as you like them.
