If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • Made for dinner tonight with

    Submitted by Weebindi on 9. March 2016 - 19:52.

Made for dinner tonight with a few changes. Used beef mince which I browned first.

Add 1/4 leftover tin of coconut cream with another 1/4 of a tin of water.

Used cashews and didn't use any parmesan as can't have dairy.

    Served on zucchini noodles.

Overall was pleasant but nothing to rave about. Needed a lot of seasoning as it lacked a bit of flavour.

I doubled the pesto and freezing the rest for another meal.

  • My lot loved your recipe,

    Submitted by Lindyau on 27. February 2016 - 17:23.

My lot loved your recipe, especially the extra sauce. They're always complaining about recipes that aren't as saucy and I usually have to double the sauce ingredients to keep them happy. Thank you from my happy family tmrc_emoticons.-)

  • I found this very runny,

Submitted by Susie Wallis on 3. February 2016 - 20:51.

I found this very runny, would use probably not even half the coconut cream and it needs the butterfly whisk as the chicken just gets shredded!

Submitted by Mrs Perkington on 28. October 2015 - 00:26.

I made this tonight but used rocket instead of spinach, 2 tbsp cream instead of coconut cream, less cheese,  and served with zucchini noodles. Delish!

Delicious! We had this last night and it was lovely. Leftovers even more tasty the next day. Yes - as the other reviewers mentioned- I only used 3/4 of the recommended coconut milk. Thanks for a lovely recipe

  • Great receive but Sauce

Submitted by Fiona HW on 19. February 2015 - 20:16.

Great receive but Sauce becomes a bit thin - I would leave at least half the cream out.

I'd like to try this, thanks.  Can you please clarify if I should set aside any of the grated cheese after the first step?
