If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

I mainly use this batter on my potato slices to make crispy hot potato chips. I pre cook my potatoes first in the microwave for 2 minutes or steam in my varoma for 15min. just be careful not to cook the poato too long, don't want it too soft and crumbly.

Can double the batch if needed, just double the ingredients, but keep the milling time the same as if any longer than 20seconds will turn it to a sticky paste.

If you want fresh parsely, chop the parsely up on 3 sec / speed 7, before you start the batter set aside until needed.
