      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Let's go!
  1. 1. half onion and place onion and garlic into TM bowl. Chop on 3Sec/Sp6
  2. 2. Add Chorizo to TM bowl. Sauté onion, garlic and Chorizo. 3min/100/Gentle stir setting/Counter-clockwise operation
  3. 3. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, paprika and Chili powder to TM bowl. Place simmer basket and add eggs. Cook for 12mins/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting

(i like my eggs cooked but kinda gooey, adjust time to suit eggs, see boiled eggs recipe).

Today I used chickpeas instead of kidney beans because I didn't have any. Loving it!
