  1. Place all ingredients in to the mixing bowl.
  2. 15 seconds, speed 9, or until desired texuture.

I always pre flour the meat, place flour (and a little salt and pepper if preferred) into a bag and put the meat into the flour and hold the top of the bag closed tight and shake. Then dip the meat into prepared 4 whisked eggs in a seperate bowl and then coat the meat into the mixed up crumb.
