Gluten Free Dagwood Dog in Sausage Roll Maker

  • 100 grams polenta
  • 80 grams GF plain flour
  • 1 level tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 level teaspoons xanthan gum

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients, except sausages to Closed lid, 1minute at sp6.
  2. Cut sausages in half (to fit in sausage roll maker) and insert skewers or paddle pops.
  3. Coat skewered sausages and placed in buttered sausage roll maker. Cook for approx 4 minutes and then turn.

Possibly add one tablespoon of rapadurra sugar.
