Really nice risotto recipe. The rice was cooked perfectly and there didn't seem to be too much liquid. Flavours were nice and I might play around adding some extra ingredients to it. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe.

As a basic easy recipe this is not too bad. 3 year old and 6 year old both were actually happy to eat it considering there is green through it. I am looking forward to testing this recipe by adding additional ingredients for some added flavour.

Loved this recipe. Very easy and quick.

I put the spinach in the thermoserver, so I could scoop out some risotto without 'green bits' for the kids first, and then stirred it all through For adults.
