If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1: Add parmesan to bowl, grate 3 seconds speed 10, set aside.
2: Add onion to bowl, chop 3 seconds speed 5.
3: Add olive oil and speck, cook 6 minutes, 100°C "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" .
4: Add cream, cream cheese to bowl and optional cabbage into basket, cook 15 minutes "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
5: Remove cabbage, set aside. Add reserved parmesan, and egg, cook 1 minute "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3. Stir through optional cooked chicken.
6: Serve sauce over cooked cabbage, serve with extra grated cheese and cracked pepper.

Just made this for Two however on seeing the other comment of too much cream instead of doubling I dib 1&1/2 of cream but still far too much liquid. But it was delicious we both really enjoyed it. Will definitely make again.😀
