      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preh heat oven 175 degrees.

    Combine all ingredients speed 5 10 seconds, use spatula to combine, then 10 seconds speed 7.

     

  2. Press firmly into a mini muffic tray.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool in tray before moving to a cooling rack. Eat & enjoy!

    Great easy recipe, even hubby likes them. I used 40g of linseed meal instead of linseed. Much easier to make transition to paleo with recipes like this. Also great for school as has no nuts.
