Tip
I have selected TM31 as the model for this recipe as this is what I made it in, but it would be exactly the same in the TM5.
You could add whatever other ingredients you'd usually put in your quiche, tomato, zucchini, mushrooms etc.

I didn't cook it as per directions due to the ingredients I had and creative flair
Chopped cauliflower and onion separately; cooked chopped cauliflower in the microwave for two minutes.
Sauteed onion in thermomix
Hand chopped bacon
Used 90mls of cream (had to use it up)
Used 7 extra large eggs
1 portion of frozen spinach
10 g of lupin flour to soak up extra moisture.
I cooked in a patty pan, some in puff pastry for the kids and some in silicone muffin cases for lower carb and fat option.
Can't tell the cauliflower is in there at all!

Excellent quiche. Set perfectly and browned to perfection. I thought the flavour needed something piquent added to it. The fetta cheese that Kaz 66 mentioned might do it or a dash of mustard or woestershire sauce. Or even if you caramelized the onions in a pan. Thank you loved the fact of no flour.

I made this for dinner last
I made this for dinner last night, it was really nice! Even our teenage son ate it, who can be fussy (I didn't mention that there was cauliflower in it).
This was delicious and easy
This was delicious and easy to make, all the family loved it.
This is my "go to" quiche if
This is my "go to" quiche if I don't have time to make pastry. Sometimes we add fresh or dried herbs too. Reheats well the next day if there are any leftovers.
i love my quiche and i really
i love my quiche and i really liked this version. My partner made this one and he added in some mushroom and capsicum but he forgot to put the TM on reverse when he chopped the bacon so it was a little smaller than i normally like and he didn't chop the cauliflower as much, so we could taste it

First ever review! Have made
First ever review! Have made these twice now as mini quiches, yum. It makes almost 2 x 24 tray mini quiches (56) I slice cherry tomatoes and pop on top and cook about 15min. This time mainly used fetta and less bacon (100gms) - great recipe very quick and makes lots. Thanks for great recipe!!!!
I made this last night and it
I made this last night and it was delicious! The quiche ended up with some excess liquid but I just poured it off. I eat low carb so this is an excellent side dish for a meal.
