Red Vegetable Stock

  • 5 Large Tomatoes
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp Oregano
  • 4 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
  • 4 bay leaves, dried
  • 100 grams rock salt

Recipe's preparation

    Red Vegetable Stock
  1. Chop everything except the bay leaves and salt for 20 seconds on speed 6

  2. Add bay leaves and salt and cook 30 minutes Varoma temperature speed 1

  3. Slowly increase speed to 9 and pulverise for 1 minute, then put in a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 6 months.



This is great for adding to tomato sauce for pasta, marinating chicken and meat before roasting, using for chilli con carne (add some chili to the ingredients). You can add carrots also. Use a tin of tomatoes if there are no fresh tomatoes.
