For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

- Put the onion, garlic, belacan, soaked dried chilli in mixing bowl
- "Closed lid" "No counter-clockwise operation" "Blend" speed 10 for 1 minute
- put in oil until covering the blended ingredients
- "Closed lid" 12 minutes - 120 - speed 1"No counter-clockwise operation"
- add air asam jawa
- 10 minutes - varoma - speed 1 "No counter-clockwise operation"
- add slices of onion
- 10 minutes - Varoma - "Counter-clockwise operation" spoon
