Satay Chicken
MARINADE
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 stalk lemongrass, White part only
- 50 grams red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 50 grams sugar
- wooden skewers, Soaked in water to stop burning
SATAY
- 100 grams sambal kachang satay sauce
- 200 grams coconut cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe's preparation
- MARINADE
1. Add coriander seeds to the bowl and mill 1min/speed 10 and set aside.
2. Add onion, garlic and lemongrass to the bowl and chop to a paste 5sec/speed 5.
3. Add coriander, chilli, turmeric and sugar and mix well.
4. Rub paste over chicken and marinate over night.
SATAY SAUCE
1. Add all ingredients to the bowl and cook 2 min/95 deg/ speed1.
Thread chicken on skewers and cook on the BBQ, serve with Satay Sauce
