  • 2cans tomato's
  • 2cans beans mixed
  • 2tbs tomato paste
  • 2tsp ground cumin
  • 2tsp ground paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 large brown onion chopped into 4
  • 1 red chilli to taste you can add more or less
  • 1tbs olive oil
  • 2 capsicum, red or green
  • 2tsp vegetable stock concentrate

Recipe's preparation

    sauce
  1. chop onion and garlic 3sec/speed/6 add tbs olive oil and cook 3min/veroma/speed2

     

    add spices and cook further 2mins/100/speed 2

     

    add capsicum cook 2mins /rev/100/speed2

     

    add tomatos / tomato paste/stock and cook 5mins/100/rev/speed2

     

    add beans cook further 5mins/rev/speed soft

     

     

  2. poach eggs as per instructions in EDC

Tip

I always make sauce day before can be stored in fridge for up to a week the flavours develop over time.

We love chilli but you add as you like

 

728 cal for whole recipe so divided by 10 is 72 cal 

eggs depending on size different cal so add that to total either way very low
