Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add Avocado, Lemon juice, salt and pepper "Blend" 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add chicken, cream, 250g water, and stock "Blend" 10 min/100°C/speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Put aside in a bowl and keep warm then wash and dry bowl.
- Place 1700g water and "Blend" 10 min/100°C/speed 4 tsp of the salt into mixing bowl and bring to the boil.
- insert simmering basket and place 1/2 the pasta (approx 170g) 3 min/100°C/speed 4 , transfer to a thermal bowl and repeat with remaining pasta.
- Divide pasta among 4 bowls, pour over avocado sauce and top with pine nuts and parmesan to taste
