      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place onion & garlic in thermo, 5 sec, Sp5

    2. Add bacon & mushroom & sauté 2 mins, 100 degrees, Sp 1 Counter-clockwise operation

    3. Add the rest of ingredients, except egg, cook for 15mins, 100 degrees, Sp 1 Counter-clockwise operation

    4. Add the whisked egg in the last 2 mins

    5. Serve immediately or place in thermo server until thickened. Can serve with your favourite cheese.
