- 150 g minced pork
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 package bean curd, cut into 1x1cm cube
- 1 teaspoon Corn Flour
- 25 g water

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add in water into "Closed lid" .
2. Insert simmering basket with rice and cook for 20 mins/100c/speed 3.
1. Put in garlic to chop 6 secs/speed 5.
2. Add in olive oil to sauté 3mins/V/speed 2.
3. Add in minced pork to cook 10 mins/V/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
4. Add in all the sauce to cook for 1 min//V/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
5. Put in bean curd and corn flour with water for further 1 min/V/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
6. Pour bean curd minced pork onto the rice and serve hot.

I also added zucchini in with the mince when it was cooking and some peas with the sauce to add additional vegetables
