- 500 grams Beef mince
- 3/4 jar rice, 3/4 Cup
- 1 piece onion
- 1/2 piece cabbage
- 1/4 piece zucchini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 level tsp ginger paste
- 1 to taste chilli flake, dried
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1.5 level tbsp Vegetable stock paste
- 2 level tbsp gravy beef
- 2 level tsp curry powder
- 1 level tsp seasoning mix for soup, Peri peri or beef Aromat seasoning
- 1 level tsp Garlic powder
- 1 level tsp Onion powder
- 11/4 jar water, 1 & 1/4 Cups
- 1 dashes olive oil
- 1 dashes sesame oil, Optional

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
