      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Roughly chop onion, carrot and celery. Place in Closed lid and chop 3 seconds Counter-clockwise operation speed 3
  2. Scrape down sides of Closed lid. Then place chopped 2cm pieces bacon.
  3. Add 30g olive oil and tbsp butter. Saute for 5 minutes veroma No counter-clockwise operation speed 1.
  4. Add beef and pork mince along with rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes veroma Counter-clockwise operation speed 1.
  5. Add wine replace measuring cup with basket to prevent splatter and cook 5 minutes 90°C No counter-clockwise operation speed 1
  6. add tomato paste and cook for further 15 minutes 98°C No counter-clockwise operation speed 1 then...
  7. ... add milk and chicken stock through lid.
  8. Once completed check sauce season as neccesary then cook further 25 minutes 98°C No counter-clockwise operation speed 1

Tip

This recipe is still in development particually around the liquid measurements. I have made this and as with most sauces these end up better when reheated the next day.
