  • My favourite risotto to date

    Submitted by alanah4 on 22. November 2016 - 23:23.

My favourite risotto to date and it cooked the perfect amount for two people. The only thing I changed was that I added the brocollino only in the last couple minutes as I prefer it not so well cooked

Delicious Thank you. I used grated zucchinin instead of Broccolini and it was lovely. Great way to use up produce from the garden - zucchini, tomatoes and basil.

This was a great recipe, very hearty and lots of goodness. I cahnged it up a little bit by adding 240grams of rice, 120 grams of Wine and 1 tablespoon of veggie stock, it was very flavoursome and easliy catered for 4 adults. if there is any left over its even better the next day!

    Submitted by lailag on 31. January 2015 - 11:51.

This was amazing! I made this for myself, my 3yo and my 10 month old. We all loved it! Mr fusspot 3yo wasn't a fan of the broccolini or the tomato - no matter, all the more for me! And we had leftovers. Can't wait to make this again for hubby! Thank you!

  • This was delicious. All three

Submitted by Sunshine Mumma on 19. January 2015 - 17:27.

This was delicious. All three children LOVED it, even the super fussy one. I used broccoli and added diced cooked chicken I had left over. Made way more than 2 serves, but that is fine as it was a success Party

  • Tasted great. Two large size

    Submitted by Charmaine9898 on 2. January 2015 - 21:49.

Tasted great. Two large size portions. I forgot to add the butterfly whisk but it still worked out. I also added black pepper when I added the second amount of tomatos.

Prawns would go well with this.
