Creamy Chicken Bacon and Mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g bacon
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 20 g Olive Oli
  • 900 g water
  • 300 g cream
  • 1 tbsp TM stock
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 350 g spaghetti

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop garlic, onion 5 secs sp 7

    Add bacon and chop 3 secs sp 4

    Add Chicken Mushrooms and oil. sauté 90c, 5 mins sp 1 Counter-clockwise operation

    Add water, cream, stock and salt/pepper before placing the spaghetti through the lid.

    Cook for 17mins, temp 100, Gentle stir setting, Counter-clockwise operation.

    When finished, pour in to Thermoserver and let sit for 10 mins before serving to let the spaghetti absorb the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.

    Delicious!
    I had to reduce the liquid & pasta because my bowl was too full, but it was great. I added some spinach & cherry tomatoes to the thermoserver. Sooo yum!

    All the flavours are there but I stuffed up. I wanted to chop the mushrooms and I forgot the chicken was there, so it is nice with the flavours, just not with the mash
