Sorry it didn't seem to work
Sorry it didn't seem to work for you Suzecloud - did you have it on reverse when you sauted? If you're finding that it's too full you could cook your pasta first then place it in the thermo sever to keep warm until the sauce is ready - then pour the sauce over the top and stir through. And yes that is a typo - EVOO is extra virgin olive oil - i shall fix that now
Can you tell me where I went
Can you tell me where I went wrong? I assume the EVVO means oil? But the more I sautéed the mushier the ingredients became and when I had everything in the thermomix it was at the complete capacity and the pasta wouldn't cook. I had to cook it for almost 10 extra minutes and the ingredients were really mushy except the pasta which was still not cooked properly. I stirred several times as suggested - was I meant to remove the mushrooms and bacon and add them back later?
My family & I quite enjoyed
My family & I quite enjoyed this meal. I did add extra onion and garlic and found I had to cook it a little longer at the end as my chicken wasn't quite cooked (I may have cut my pieces a bit bigger than you). Overall though lovely dish
