Sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 spring onions, Escshallots
- 1 --- Bacon rasher, cut into 3cm pieces
- 40 g olive oil
- 300-400 g chicken, cut into 1-2cm cubes
- 1 tbsp chicken stock paste, or Vege stock paste if you don't have chicken
- 300 g cream
- 1-2 tbsp Corn Flour, 2 if you like a thick sauce, 1 if you like it thinner
- 1-2 tbsp Milk

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add olive oil and garlic to bowl and blitz 5 sec, speed 7, with MC
Add Bacon and spring onions and blitz 7 sce, speed 4, with MC
Scrape down bowl then Saute 3 min, Varoma temp, Reverse, speed 3
Add Chicken and Saute 5 min, Varoma temp, reverse, speed 1, no MC, simmering basket on lid.
Add cream and stock, cook, 7 mins, 95C, reverse, speed 1
Mix corn flour with milk and add though hole in lid during last 30 seconds of cook time.
Serve with rice or pasta.
